Beach King - Three ingredient dip

The summer heat tends to steal my ambitions. Its pretty typical that I show up to the lake with all kinds of ideas of things I’m going to make to share with family at the beach, but when it comes down to it, I’d rather spend that extra hour outside rather than prepping alone in the cabin. This has been a staple for years, and is usually the first thing gone on the appetizer table and the only way it could be easier is if you could dump it out of a bag.

Also, for fairness- I also didn’t supply these ingredients. Grant again. Just writing his blog posts for him! :-)

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of cream cheese- room temperature

  • 1 Jar of pepper jelly- I’m going to share two kinds at the bottom

  • Wheat thin crackers

Instructions:

  • Spread the cream cheese on a large plate.

  • Spread the jar of jelly on top of the cream cheese.

  • Use crackers to eat.

    That’s literally it.

This was the jelly used for this particular recipe, and it was great! I usually prefer a Raspberry-jalapeno blend, but you can’t really go wrong either way!
